The ejector pumps have gotten to be so small that they can be placed in the same point of vacuuming, thus-called integrated claws of vacuums. These increase the speed of the system reducing the minimum amount of air that must be evacuated. Adaptating to the application thus simplifying the use of small and light claws of vacuums.
 
The P2010 of PIAB uses technology COAX®, it’s a small ejector “in line” that can directly be mounted between the hose of compressed air and the hose of vacuums. The ejector works better at low pressures of feeding (1.5 to 2.5 bar), it’s very light, can be easily cleaned and replaced whenever it is necessary. The main area of use is in the applications “pick-and-place” manipulating small components, for example, those of the electronic industry.
 
P 3010 of PIAB uses the technology COAX®, what makes it small, robust and easy to install. This vacuum pump, consists of a cassette with integrated fuses, anti-return valves, silencers and filters for vacuums and compressed air . The series of vacuum pumps P3010, include controls and monitored functions such as, solenoid valves, vacuostatos and modules of fast expulsion. P 3010 of PIAB being totally modular, allows you to project the functions that you need to eliminate, unnecessary refinements that are expensive. The performance can, therefore, increase while the needs change.
 
The module AVM ™ 2 is also an option for P5010. AVM ™ 2 is a known AVM ™ development, which can reduce air consumption by up to 90%, in comparison to continuously operating systems. P5010 AVM ™ 2 It’s equipped with a digital display of vacuum level in '-kPa' or '-inHg'. It has a vacuum sensor and a rotary switch where 16 different combinations of vacuum-signal levels are possible. The default setting is 40/60-kPa. The distance between low and high signals (S1 and S2) is fixed for all 16 combinations to avoid errors that cause signal errors and system failures ES. In the P 5010, blowing power is optimized to perform faster cycles.
